Healthcare Services Included In The Standard Monthly Levy

A full range of Home Based-Care Services availability provided from the Care Hub onsite.

A full health assessment before taking occupation of your apartment.

Home-based care options to be provided form the onsite Care Hub by registered and qualified health care personal.

Ongoing detailed health assessments to ensure the right care services is provided at the apartment as required by the resident.

Access to the Buh-Rein Retirement Village 1 Care Centre for Frail and Memory Care (dependent on bed availability).

Access to clinic services once a week by a registered staff nurse at the onsite Care Hub.

One free monthly primary healthcare clinic visit at home if there resident's health requires this.

One free emergency visit per month by nursing staff.

24-hour EQiGate monitoring and emergency alert services.

4 main meals per month within the clubhouse (per-booking system).

Healthcare Services Excluded From The Monthly Levy

The cost of the additional services is determined on an individual need basis and can be applied by the Care Manager.

These services include but are not limited to:

The administration and administering of medication.

Home Nursing Services by arrangement (a wide range of Services are available and can be discussed with the onsite Care Manager.

Professional services of a medical practitioner (Podiatrist, Physiotherapist, etc.).

Admission to the Buh-Rein Retirement Frail Care/Dementia Care unit (Subject to bed availability).

The state-of-the-art Care Centre, with its Frail Care household, is carefully designed to address the specialised needs associated with Frail Care services. The Care Centre offers 10 Frail Care Units.

KEY FEATURES ADDRESSED

Internal layouts are specifically designed to assist with orientation and navigation within the centre.

Measures have been taken into consideration with regard to the safety of all residents within the facility (including non-slip and non-reflective surfaces).

Easy access to safe outdoor areas to encourage residents to utilise and enjoy the entire premises including landscaped gardens that stimulate the body and mind.

The state-of-the-art Care Centre, with its Frail Care household, is carefully designed to address the specialised needs associated with Frail Care services. The Care Centre offers 10 Frail Care Units.

In addition to the standard operational kitchens, a replica kitchen will be integrated for the elderly in order to simulate normal daily household activities (under the supervision of staff).
